Pancakes Hearts and Letters

It’s a good idea to review the letters from time to time. Children learn them pretty quickly but tend to forget them if they don’t have a chance to repeat.

Every mom has her own pancake recipe. Mine are always… a risky but eventually tasty undertaking. I borrowed the idea of pancake letters from here but I wasn’t industrious enough to make the whole alphabet. That’s why I made normal pancakes for breakfast first, and then I used the rest of the batter to make a few letters by pouring the batter with a spoon. It turned out quite normal – and my daughter started eating from her own letter…

Pour the batter with a spoon – it it doesn’t hold the shape you want, you may cut it out later.
