Flowers with Christmas Lights

Decorate your Christmas lights with beautiful paper flowers. Thus, even if not switched on, the garland will be beautiful.

To make each flower you need two paper strips. For a mid-sized flower take a printer-size colored sheet of paper and cut two strips, about 0,8-0,9 cm in width.

Glue them at a right angle. Start to fold each strip as shown below.

Glue the ends of the two strips. The figure must be long enough (10 to 12 folds) for the flower to be elastic.

At the end, glue the beginning and the end of the figure to a circle.

To have a more beautiful garland it’s better to use flower in different sizes. They are elastic and you can easily put them through the lamps.
