4. No-sew SNOWFLAKE tutu

You will need three 2m /1m pieces (or two for a smaller tutu) and a wide ribbon. Cut each piece of tulle into 18 strips according to the template. Cut in three first then divide each piece into 6 smaller parts.  Mark the middle of each strip and start tying them on the ribbon as shown above >>>
