Easy and Impressive NAPKIN PAPER BOWLS
This is a wonderful craft for kids. It’s easy and the results are pretty impressive – a beautiful sturdy and durable bowl from torn paper napkins.
It’s best to choose coordinating colors – e.g. in similar shades. This will make your bowls prettier.
Аnd these are egg stands made in the same manner – we used two glued-together egg carton parts for the base.
You will need: a bowl, colored paper napkins, clingfilm and PVA glue.
Cover the bowl well in clingfilm. Tear the paper napkins in small parts. Dilute some PVA glue in another bowl. I don’t use any exact proportions, but it’s approximately 1 part glue to 10 parts water. You can use the old method, too, and mix flour and water. In this case the proportion will be 1 part flour to 3 parts water.
Take a few napkin pieces, dip them in the diluted glue and place them on the bottom of the bowl. Cover the whole bowl in the same manner.
Wait for your paper bowl to be completely dry before you take it off the mold and remove the clingfilm. This may take a couple of days.
