We recently made a short trip to Rome. I was very surprised to see the candied orange rind strips I had seen in Daniela’s blog (“В кухнята на моето семейство”, or In My Family’s Kitchen) in one of the small baker shops in the narrow streets. They looked so inviting, laid next to pieces of homemade chocolate and croissants (which are, sadly, miles away from what we can get here :)). Today I bought some oranges to try the recipe myself.
