You will need:

90 gr. unsalted butter, softened

½ cup. (110 gr.) brown sugar

1 large egg – 65 gr

¼ cup (20 gr) natural desiccated coconut

¼ cup (25 gr) wheat germ

¾ cup (120 gr) Wholemeal Flour

1/3 cup (50 gr) self-rising flour

baking paper

about ¼ cup (45-50 gr) chocolate chips for making the domino

150 gr dark chocolate, melted
