Tasty SNOWMAN

These snowmen were photographed (and then gobbled up) a long time ago. I think they would be perfect for the snowy weather we are having right now. The recipe was sent to us by TZVETI (aged 7) from Plovdiv.

You will need:

3-4 boiled potatoes, 2 t.s. mayonnaise, red peppers,100g cheese, some olives, a cauliflower, a carrot, a piece of salami, savory and salt.

Mash together the potatoes, the mayonnaise and the cheese. Season with the savory and the salt. Mold into two different-sized balls to make a snowman. Decorate with olive hats, carrot noses and a salami scarf. Bon appetit!
