Phyllo Dough SNOWFLAKES
Meet OKSANA and her tasty snowflakes: A few days ago my son’s class learned how to make paper snowflakes. I, on the other hand, made dock-leaf pastry and had one sheet of phyllo dough left. Instead of throwing it away, I decided to use it for the kids’ afternoon snack.
I cut the phyllo into small circles and gave them to my son to make the snowflakes. Thicker phyllo works great.
Then I carefully fried the snowflakes and left them to dry.
Then we just had to sprinkle them with confectioner’s sugar or cinnamon and use them to decorate the bowls of cocoa yoghurt cream or ice-cream…
A wonderful idea thank you
