You will need: three potatoes, a jar of mayonnaise, a handful of peas, a couple of olives and a pepper.

New Year's Eve Salad

Boil the potatoes. Dice them and add the greater part of the mayonnaise.

Mix well. Shape into a circle and cover it with the rest of the mayonnaise. Try to make it as smooth as possible! Cut the pepper into long strips to make the clock hands. Cut the olives to make the Roman numerals for 12, 3, 6 и 9. Use peas to mark the remaining hours -1,2,4,5,7,8,10,11.
