This is one very tasty project of the Kids’ Architecture Workshop. You need a couple of thick square biscuits, waffle cones, small sweets, and bonbons.
To glue the biscuits one to another you need Royal (sugar glaze).
Here is the recipe for the glaze:
- 200g powdered sugar
- 1 egg white
- 2 tea spoon lemon juice
Beat the egg white until frothy. Gradually add the sugar and lemon.
You can store the ready mixture in closed container. The mixture dries up in the open air, that’s why keep it well covered when you store it.
