The recipe for these cookies is:
- 200 g of wheat
- 100 g of butter
- 100 g of powdered sugar
- 2 yolks for the dough and 1 yolk (to spread on top)
- 20 clove buds
Add the powdered sugar to the butter.
Add the two yolks and wheat and knead while reaching a homogeneous mixture.
Leave the dough for 30 minutes in the fridge and after that knead it once again.
Make small balls from the dough. Place the clove bud on top of the ball. Take a knife and make 6 vertical cuts.
Spread the third yolk on top of the “pumpkins”.
Bake the cookies for about 15 minutes in a oven at 180 degrees.
