Тhese are last year’s orange pomanders, but we will be doing some again. Besides being beautiful, they fill the room with a nice fresh aroma.
Poke a hole with a toothpick to insert a clove. Continue until the whole orange has been covered.
Roll the clove-covered orange well in a bowl of cinnamon.
Wrap in a napkin and put into a paper bag. Staple the bag closed and put into a well-ventilated place.
The orange should be dry in two weeks. Take it out of the paper bag and tie with a pretty satin ribbon.
